Everytime I visit your site I remember that being vegan and creative is the most incredible thing one could wish. I want to be like you when I grow up =)
I am FAR from being a Vegan but I have a dear friend who is and he is coming to stay with me for a few days. I wanted to make sure that I would have food at home for him to enjoy during his visit.
After visiting your site not only do I have TONS of ideas for foods I can prepare him but I’m eager to try them as well. I’m picking him up in two days and our first meal is going to be the Hearty Bread and Eggplant Lasagna! Wish me luck

How do I find out the nutritional info for your reciepes?
I make donuts all the time but they have eggs in them, what could I use to replace those for a vegan donut?

This is the first time I have been to your blog page! It is wonderfully done and it provides lots of needed information I need to prepare vegan meals! Trying to convert to a vegan lifestyle has been difficult for me and my husband because we didn’t know where to begin when it came to preparing food we could enjoy. This helps so much!!!

I moved away from home last year and at the same time developed a severe lactose intolerance that can only be controlled by not having dairy at all, so my mom found this site and sent it to me in hopes that I could find something to make myself that was new instead of the same old stuff, since I’m new to the whole dairy free (and thus mostly vegan) diet. I just want to say your recipes have made making dinner each night fun! And my boyfriend is glad we can have some baked goods around again too!
You probably hear this a lot, but you should open a restaurant. Boston (and the whole region of New England for that matter) is SO, so, so in need of a quality vegan restaurant, and yours would be truly wonderful!

I am a new vegetarian (7months and counting). I recently came across this blog, your iPhone app, and cookbook. Your recipes are easy to follow, nutritious, and healthy. I am a very picky eater but I find your recipes to be very inviting. So…thank you so much for making my transition easier. I look forward to trying more of recipes. You are very inspiring.
