    Yay! I’ve been so excited for this book :)

    Your recipes on your blog are amazing, and I’ve printed out my favorites(you have your own binder :)), but now I get 75+ new ones to try and love!

    I’ll do my best to wait till the 16th!

    Oh, I already ordered it on Amazon and just now watched your video.. Sorry!!
    I asked you some months ago if it was going to be released in Europe.. Well I bought it on my own country’s Amazon-site (Austria) which does not have that many vegan cookbooks, so that’s great :) I thought I’d have to order it via Amazon UK if not the US directly.

    My copy arrived from Amazon and I love it! The photos are beautiful and the text is easy to follow. Tonight I made the sweet chili lime tofu and the crispy sesame kale. Can’t wait to try out more of the recipes.

    This book is fantastic! I already got from Amazon, but I’m gonna order another on the 16th to give as a gift. The recipes I’ve tried so far have been great- and I absolutely love the way the book is layed out. The pics are great- and I like that the ingredients are listed on the side. Makes things easy to read while cooking. Congratulations!

    I pre-ordered the book from US Amazon (cause I live abroad) and was very pleasantly surprised when I got it like two weeks ago. I’ve already tried some of the recipes and they turned great, of course, I wouldn’t expect else :)

    Anyway cookbooks vegan, here it is not! It is ugly books without pictures with recipes sad or anything! There must have 2 vegan and more!

    Hi Lauren,

    I just realized the recipe “Maple Creamy Sesame Dressing” for the salad I’ll eat soon:)
    This sauce is perfect, exactly the flavors I like a vinaigrette, I’m going to enjoy.
    My result is slightly darker, I used balsamic vinegar brown, so I put the white, the result would have been like in your book.

    Great! I am pleased with this new sauce, I will realize that very often, because I love salad with smoked tofu, mmmmmm so good!

    Thank you for this book ! it will help me because I’m always looking for inspiration for savory dishes. Desserts and company, no worries, I always find good things to do.

    Lauren! I missed this video before I saw VYY on the shelf, so I bought it before the 16th. BUT I have shared it with many friends, who are now going to buy it! Yippeee!

    Can’t wait to buy your book! I’ll only get it in a couple of weeks, because I’m moving (between countries) soon, but hopefully I’ll have it in my hands by mid-October!

    So glad it has lots of colour-pictures – I do appreciate that in cookbooks.

    The book arrived from amazon about 20 mins ago and I think this will be my new favorite cook book. GREAT WORK! Seriously I didnt see one recipe in there that didnt scream out to me, HEY IM GONNA BE FREAKING AWESOME TO EAT! I will be telling everyone I know to buy the book!

    I just wanted to say your cookbook is amazing. This is how a cookbook should be written! And all the photos are great!

    I’ve already tried 2 recipes (I’m happily munching on a vegan BLT with the Smokey Miso Tofu) and can’t wait to try more.

    This is a must have cookbook for anyone who follows the blog or just enjoys really good food.

    I am interested to know if you are available or have done any seminars. I have recently become interested in veganism/vegetarianism, and since I live in Boston and will soon be the president of a nonprofit organization, I am hoping you will come speak to us about the benefits of such a liftstyle.     Hi!! I’ve been watching your blog for quite some time now, and have made a few of the recipes from it and always satisfied afterward. When I stumbled upon this one the other night and saw that you have a BOOK!!! I think I shrieked aloud with joy. I called my local Chapters who had one copy and had them hold it for me, and ran out and bought it first thing the next day. I made the Cashew cream to go along with some salad rolls i made, and it was delicious!!! I also made the stuffed french toast yesterday with the strawberry syrup and it was incredible. I made the hurry up alfredo a few nights ago and it was yummy, but mine turned out brown, not white like your photo. how did you avoid the darker colour with ingredients like tamari, tahini and paprika?? Oh and I made your fried green tomatoes too, YUMYUM!!!!! I was lucky enough to find some green ones in my mom’s garden. They were perfect. Thank you so much for this wonderful blog and now the awesome book! It’s gorgeous!

    I just receive your book from Amazon, and yesterday i made he grilled pear, walnut an cabbage salad and it was delicious, i just gonna keep trying the recipes, tahnks for making the book with so many awesome recipes ;)
