We were feeling very harvesty tonight, so Stewart roasted some acorn squash with spices and brown sugar, I made my favorite brussels sprouts, and we finished it off with some tasty mashed sweet potatoes.
Everything was delicious. Dinners like this remind me how much I love vegetables.
