Me too! Arrowhead Mills has been my favorite brand of tahini for ages. Tastes great, good stats, and it doesn't turn to concrete, as the others will.

But! (minor chord) It's disappearing from store shelves, and it's no longer available on the Arrowhead Mills web site. I fear the worst. Can you still get it in Boston?

This sauce was SO FREAKING GOOD, thank you! I doubled the sauce and instead of the broccoli/cabbage/carrots/mint I used tomato/cucumber/greenonions and it was fantastic! I will be using this sauce recipe again and again.

So good. I used snap peas (tossed into the pasta water for the last 30 seconds to take the edge off), some grated carrot and bean sprouts.
Doubled the sauce and I'll be putting it on everything until it's gone!

I really liked this. I doubled the sauce and used half tahini and half peanut butter. Very good!

I was about to say the same as Jane. In Japan, it is considered very bad luck to leave your chopsticks stuck in the food like that because when rice is served to the dead, the chopsticks are stuck into the rice.
Food looks yummy though.
