I’ve got in the oven. Green Apples are from our tree in front yard. Will share tart with grandsons 14 & 16 who are eating machines. I’ve never made a bad tart yet. I make tarts instead of pies because in pies there’s the problem the bottom does not bake enough. Keep it simple–even simple is too complicated
