How pretty!!. Just what I was looking for. I'm an old hand at making cucumber sandwiches all the other ways. This decorative tip is great. Gonna use it for a special Silver Tea at church this week end. Thanks!

Okay I hate to cook so have so questions from a dummie. Do you have to do anything to the cucumbers ahead of time so you don't taste the rind which can be off putting? Also how do you cut them with cookie cutters without them getting mangled?

They taste as good as they look! I could not believe how simple they were. My friend made them for a meeting and yes...I most definately fawned over them. She was most generous to share where she got the recipe as she could have just told me she made it up! Thanks to her and to you!

try more seasoning they really are beauriful though like some mayo or m. whip along with some ranch or either some good seaons italian seasoning and some dill on top. But thankyou for the decorating tip. Also rye bread goes well.
