I have now made this three times and it still knocks my socks off, I wound up eating the leftovers one night right out the fridge cold as a snack. Delicious!

So yummy! I made this tofu las night for dinner and even my tofu hating daughter loves it, took the leftovers in her lunch today. The only downside to that is now I can’t eat it!

The tofu looks great. I’ve never gotten it to look remotely like that (but now I know how).
