So I’m not at all vegan, in fact, I’m an unabashed carnivore, but have always appreciated good vegan food, because not only is it tasty, but it’s quite impressive the creativity vegan chefs have.

A vegan friend of mine sent me a link to the knit night cupcakes, and I checked out the rest of your site. You see, I’m getting married this July, and while I was going to have a local cupcake bakery do cupcakes for the wedding (including vegan cupcakes for my vegan friend), I’ve been seriously toying with the idea of making them myself. And I’ve been looking for some way to make all the cupcakes beautiful and to fit in with the rose theme for the wedding, and those candied flower citrus peels are PERFECT.

So, in short, thank you.
