Stewart’s Boss’s wife and her mom made us some indian food so we would know what “real indian food is supposed to taste like. This is a mixture of the wonderful, wonderful rice they made us (which seems to be similar to the rice here, see “rice with peas”) and chana masala.
They also gave us an eggplant dish and a black lentil dish. Everything was wonderful, and we’re waiting on the recipes!
